Yes! Wowlloons has an order minimum of $500 for custom installations. Anything less can be purchased fully assembled for pickup at our studio in Pembroke, MA (Online Orders) or with a minimum of $200 for delivery within 10 miles of 02359.

The sooner the better! With the growing popularity of balloons, we book out weeks to months in advance. We strongly suggest booking as soon as you have a date/venue finalized to avoid disappointment when we’re already booked or don’t have the materials your vision requires.
If you have an event date and venue but are not exactly sure what type of balloon decor you would like yet, you can reserve your date with a $500 deposit (Hold your date here). We can sort out the details later!
Our small but mighty team can surely try! Last-minute orders are only accepted based on our availability. The order total for last-minute bookings will be due upfront and may be subject to a rush booking fee.
Installation time varies and is based on the scale of the designs involved. We arrive on site with all our balloons inflated and try to keep our time on site under an hour.
We always look first to existing anchor points when installing our garlands. In the case that no existing anchors are present, we use removable 3M command hooks, suction cups or painters tape. Stronger hooks are used for outdoor installs to adhere to stone, brick or sidings.
If requested, we offer a breakdown service for an additional fee.
The majority of the time the client or venue breaks down the balloons. It typically takes 10-20 minutes to pop the balloons. The party doesn't have to stop though — many of our clients like to take as many balloons as they can fit in their car to be enjoyed at home!
Wowlloons uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
That being said, indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.
Our custom balloon decor pricing varies based on the type of design, complexity, length, volume, and delivery & installation costs. All of our garlands are priced per foot (not linear feet) so having measurements of the space where you would like your balloons to go will help give you a general idea of cost.
We calculate delivery & installation fees on top of your order. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from the zip code 02359 to your event location as well as the timing of delivery (Rush hour, early mornings or late nights typically carry a higher charge).
We have a minimum $50 delivery fee regardless of distance.
Our online orders (aka grab & go) balloons are the perfect budget-friendly alternative that still packs a big POP! Each item is pre-assembled by us, ordered directly on our website, picked up from our studio and installed by you. Easy to follow hanging instructions and hanging materials included. Anything over 8ft, we recommend installing by an expert.
All Grab and Go orders are available for pick-up at our studio in Pembroke, MA. You will be able to pick the date and time during check-out.
We recommend picking up your balloons within 3 days of your event date and the day before if helium is involved.
For Custom Installation Orders: If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.
Online Orders: If you need to reschedule your pick-up or delivery, you must do so at least one week prior to your pickup date.

We only work with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. We also advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure and weighted, do not release in the air, and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.
Once inflated, the natural latex undergoes an oxidizing process where the balloons take on a velvety, cloudy and matte appearance. This process is completely normal when exposed to sunlight or heat.
